Confusing process but very thankful.
First of all, thank you so much for finding my backpack with all its inventory, that makes a huge difference. I showed up at Port Royal, and asked where the lost and found was. There was a very nice man. He said it was not there. Then I told him that I was sent there and showed him the document. First then did go and find my bag. He then asked for ID and the reference number and after a little while he gave me my things. I looked through all of it just to make sure it was all there. He asked twice, very polite, if everything was as it should be. Everything was there and I was very happy and thanked him many times. When I first lost my bag and needed help (this happened at Gare du Nord) an employee with a red vest send me to Chatalet to report my lost and get help. I did that but it was very confusing and four people barely spoke English. Then I was send back to Gare du Nord to file a report there as well with another company. Then after that I was told at a cafe that I should also report in a third place. All the three reports webpages were the exact same with different logos in the top. I do not know if it was enough to simply do it one place. Very confusing in generel and the instructions from the employess and the website were not very clear. Besides all that, I'm extremely grateful and thank you all very much.

They just have different sectors to facilitate the search. But one listing on either website is enough.
