We do not ship to the US because due to the recent changes the gouvernment made on import laws, the cost would be over 500 dollars per package, without taxes that you would also have to pay.
You can set an appointment with the support, we already have you the steps to follow. You do not need to put your US address to access the appointment form, any other address works.
We are sorry but we never asked you to lie about your nationality. Note that the form never asks for your nationality, it asks for a shipping address. Nationality is a sensible data we would never asked for because it is restricted here in the EU to do so without justified reasons.
